Service Unavailability

Extended service outages (more than 24 hours) may qualify for pro-rated refunds or credit extensions, regardless of the 7-day window.

Account Suspension or Termination

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in permanent account suspension. Please always contact our support team first to resolve any billing disputes. We're committed to fair resolution of all payment issues.
